aoelovers is a community library for Age of Empires II custom content: maps, campaigns and scenarios, plus the guides and news that keep them playable. Everything here is made by players, reviewed by players, and free to download.
Rules
Every upload is reviewed before it appears. Most are approved within a day; rejections always come with a reason, and you can fix and resubmit.
Report a broken or abusive item from its own page — the flag sits next to the download button. Moderators triage reports daily, and repeat offenders lose upload access.
Front-page showcase
The front page leads with the highest-rated maps, ranked by community ratings rather than team picks. The maps index sorts the same way — Top rated is the default.
Game Content Usage Rules
Items made from game assets can never be sold or paywalled. The full notice is fixed wording set by Microsoft — it renders on every item page and on every upload.
